  • 1 pounds kielbasa sausage packet sliced
  • 1 medium yellow onion diced
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • 3 large golden potatoes peeled and diced
  • 30 oz cans of pinto beans rinsed and drained
  • fifteen oz can of whole kernel corn exhausted
  • fifteen oz can of diced tomatoes drain d
  • 14 oz can Rotel undrained
  • 10 oz bag of frozen mixed vegetables green beans, carrots, peas and corn
  • 2 cups meat broth
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons freshly chopped parsley to decorate
