The veterans of our country have given so much for us. They give up their homes, their families, their comfort and their safety to fight for us and protect us so that we can enjoy our freedom and feel safe at night. While veterans do get some benefits, those little discounts and perks are nothing compared to what they’ve provided
However, some people have a hard time understanding what these veterans have done for them. Such was the case when a young veteran walked up to the counter of a fast food restaurant to order a meal. After ordering he asked if they offered a military discount. He definitely didn’t expect the response he received.
A woman standing behind him in line told him that he was being rude by asking for the discount. She said that she was acting entitled to ask for “special privileges” because she was in the military.

The lunch lady at my school cafeteria used to make these cookies. They were always the best!.
I’m struggling to accept that this recipe calls for only 2 ingredients. How is that possible?
