Heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Prepare two loaf pans measuring 9 by 5 inches by greasing and flouring them, or use parchment paper for easier removal.
2nd Step
Put the butter that has been softened and the granulated sugar into a large mixing bowl and cream them together until they are frothy and light. When adding the eggs one at a time, be sure to thoroughly combine the batter after each addition. Stir in the essence of vanilla bean.
3rd Step
In a separate dish, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and baking soda by mixing them together with a whisk. The combination of butter and sugar should have the dry ingredients gradually added to it, alternating with the addition of the buttermilk. Always start and finish with the dry ingredients. Mix until everything is evenly distributed. Take care not to overmix the ingredients, since doing so might cause the bread to be tough.
4th Step
To make the cinnamon sugar combination, combine the ground cinnamon with the granulated sugar in a low-volume container, such as a bowl.
5th Step
Evenly distribute one-half of the bread batter between the two loaf pans that have been prepared. The batter in each pan should have a good amount of the cinnamon sugar mixture sprinkled on top of it. The remaining batter should be distributed equally over the top of the cinnamon sugar.
6th Step
Use a kitchen sprinkler to cover the top of the batter in both pans with the leftover cinnamon sugar mixture. In order to create a marbled look in the batter, use a knife or a toothpick to gently swirl the cinnamon sugar mixture throughout the batter.
7th Step
Put the pans into the oven that has been prepared and bake for about 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the loaves comes out clean.
