RECIPE NOTES:
– For a unique twist, try adding some finely chopped bell peppers, carrots, or mushrooms to this meatloaf.
– Add a layer of mozzarella or provolone cheese in the center of the meatloaf before baking if you want more cheese.
– The following day, leftover Parmesan meatloaf makes for excellent sandwiches. Just slice it up and put it on some toast with some extra ketchup or mayo.
