Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl and allow the mixture to rest for 10 minutes at room temperature.
Place the meat mixture into a loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf with your hands
In a small bowl, whisk the ketchup and brown sugar together. Spread the glaze over the top of the loaf. Bake the meatloaf at 375°F for 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove the meatloaf from the pan and let it rest for 10 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
