Step 2 – Let It Rest
After the bubbling has ended, let the sink sit untouched for approximately 30 minutes.
Step 3 – Rinse with Hot Water
After the half-hour mark, bring a kettle or pot of water to a rolling boil. Remove the sink stopper and carefully pour the boiling water into the drain. The hot water assists in flushing out any remaining clogs, as well as the remnants of the baking soda and vinegar.
