Step 3: Add Egg and Vanilla
Add the egg, vanilla and bananas. Mix on low until combined. Set aside.
Step 4: Combine Dry Ingredients
In a separate large bowl, combine sifted flour and baking soda, baking powder, salt, and oats. Whisk to combine.
Step 5: Combine Dry Ingredients and Wet Ingredients
Next, add the wet ingredients gradually to the dry ingredients. Add ½ or 1 cup at a time, beat on low until combined, and then continue with the next batch.
Step 6: Add Chocolate Chips
Fold in chocolate chips.
