- 3 cups baby spinach
- 1/2 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup fat-free milk
- 1/2 cup fat-free mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, reduced-fat, grated. to taste
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
