Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust in the baking pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
Baking and banana cream topping:
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheesecake layer is set and slightly golden on top.
Remove the baking pan from the oven and let it cool completely.
In a separate mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Spread the whipped cream over the cooled cheesecake layer.
Optionally, garnish with sliced bananas on top of the whipped cream.
Refrigerate the cheesecake bars for at least 2-3 hours or until fully chilled before slicing and serving.
