Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, water, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
In a separate bowl, mix together the honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice.
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish.
Drizzle the honey mixture on top of the brownie batter.
Use a knife or toothpick to swirl the honey mixture into the brownie batter.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out clean.
Allow the brownies to cool for 10-15 minutes before cutting and serving.
