PREPARATION:
1st Step
Crush the sugar cookies into tiny crumbs using a rolling pin or a food processor. You may use regular sugar cookies or other cookies with a festive taste.
2nd Step
Softened cream cheese, vanilla extract, and cookie crumbs should all be combined in a mixing dish. Mix well to achieve a consistency like dough.
3rd Step
Scoop out little bits of dough, form them into bite-sized balls, and arrange them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. To get a uniform coating, make sure the truffles are the same size.
4th Step
To firm up, place the truffles in the refrigerator for a minimum of half an hour. They are now simpler to handle and dip in chocolate thanks to this procedure.
