Instructions:
Season pork chops with salt and pepper to taste.
In a bowl, mix together the ranch dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth until well combined.
Place a layer of sliced potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.
Lay the seasoned pork chops on top of the potatoes.
Pour the ranch dressing mixture over the pork chops and potatoes.
Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the pork chops are tender and the potatoes are cooked through.
Optional: About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Once the pork chops and potatoes are cooked, garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Serve the pork chops and potatoes with the creamy ranch sauce from the crockpot.
