How to Prepare Lean Meatloaf:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Prep a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, shredded bread, chopped onion, egg whites, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour the mixed sauce over the ground beef mixture and work it in using your hands.
Form the loaf and transfer it to the prepared loaf pan. Place it in the oven.
Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes, ensuring the meatloaf is fully cooked.
Take it out of the oven, set aside, and allow it to cool for 10 minutes.
Cut into 5 equal pieces, plate, and serve.
