Pour this tomato mixture over the chicken and rice, ensuring even distribution.
Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the rice is tender and chicken is fully cooked.
Just before serving, top with grated Parmesan.
Garnish with fresh parsley for added color and flavor.
