Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain any excess grease.
Cut the dinner rolls in half horizontally, keeping them attached, and place the bottom half in the baking dish.
Layer the beef and onion mixture over the rolls, followed by an even layer of shredded cheddar. Cover with the top half of the dinner rolls.
Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard in a bowl. Spread over the top of the rolls, then brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Allow to cool slightly before cutting into individual sliders. Garnish as desired and serve warm.
