The window trick

In fact, your vehicle’s air conditioning consumes up to 10% more fuel when it is on. So how can you use air conditioning and avoid wasting fuel? Quite simply, you need to keep an eye on your vehicle’s windows to reduce fuel consumption.

But how does it work ? For example, when driving at low speed, it is advisable to only use the fan present in the vehicle and thus avoid the use of air conditioning. This way you save fuel and when it’s hot you just have to lower the window to let the air in.

This solution is possible when driving in town, where the vehicle speed is generally reduced.
