– 1 loaf of day-old French bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
– 2 cups of fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
– 1 cup white chocolate chips
– 4 large eggs
– 1 1/2 cups whole milk
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– 3/4 cup granulated sugar
– 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
– 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
