1 cup rice
2 cups hot water
4 eggs

200g sour cream

Directions:
Prepare the rice:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add 1 cup rice and fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour in 2 cups hot water.
