Assemble the Casserole:
Pour the sausage gravy into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
Arrange the biscuit quarters evenly over the gravy, creating a single layer.
Bake:
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the gravy is bubbly.
Add Cheese:
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the biscuits.
Broil (Optional):
Broil for 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve:
Let the casserole cool slightly before serving.
