Step 3: Preheat the Oven and Prepare the Dough

Shape the Dough: Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into two equal pieces. Roll each piece out on a lightly floured surface into a 12-inch circle.
Step 4: Assemble the Pizzas
Transfer Dough: Carefully transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet or a pizza peel (if using a pizza stone).
Add Sauce: Spread a thin layer of the prepared tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
Add Cheese and Toppings: Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly, then add your desired toppings, such as pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, and onions. For an extra flavor boost, drizzle a small amount of olive oilover the toppings.
Step 5: Bake the Pizza
Bake: Place the pizza in the preheated oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
Add Fresh Basil: For a fresh flavor, add basil leaves on top after baking.
