Crab Legs with Garlic Butter Sauce
Ingredients:
1 lb crab legs
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
Prepare the Crab Legs:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Arrange the crab legs on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Brush them lightly with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
Stir in the lemon juice and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Keep the sauce warm until ready to serve.
Bake the Crab Legs:
Place the seasoned crab legs in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until they are heated through and slightly browned on top. The cooking time may vary depending on the size of the crab legs.
