Poppy seeds – 1 tablespoon
Flaxseed – 1 tablespoon
Sesame seeds – 1 tablespoon
Almonds – 50 g (about 1/2 cup), coarsely chopped
Egg white – 1 large egg
Agave syrup or Jerusalem artichoke syrup – 1 tablespoon (or any other sugar substitute)
