900 grams cauliflower
800 grams broccoli
1 liter water
100 ml semi-thick cream
4 slices ham, cut
150 grams young Cantal, cubed
70 grams semi-salted butter
5 slices pork roast
Grated Parmesan and Gruyere, for topping
Cajun Salmon Alfredo.
