Ingredients:
250 g linguine
400 g ground meat (beef or beef-pork mix)
1 egg
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 tbsp grated parmesan
400 g crushed tomatoes
1 onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp herbes de Provence
100 g grated mozzarella
Salt and pepper, to taste
