Puff Pastry: Make sure the puff pastry is thawed but still cold when working with it, as it’s easier to handle and will puff up nicely during baking.
Brie Cheese: You can leave the rind on the Brie cheese, as it is edible and adds to the flavor. However, if you prefer, you can remove the rind before cutting the cheese into cubes.
Cranberry Sauce: Both homemade and store-bought cranberry sauce work well for this recipe. You can use whole berry or jellied cranberry sauce, depending on your preference.
Variations
Raspberry Brie Bites: Substitute cranberry sauce with raspberry jam for a different fruity flavor.
Pecan Topping: Add a few chopped pecans on top of each bite for added crunch and nuttiness.
Honey Drizzle: Drizzle a little honey over the baked bites for an extra touch of sweetness.
