Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Spread the tater tots on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
Remove from the oven and spread pizza sauce over the tater tots.
Top with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese.
Return to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Allow to cool slightly, then slice and serve.
