Combine all ingredients (chopped tomatoes, finely chopped white onion, finely chopped fresh cilantro, minced garlic, deseeded and finely chopped jalapeno pepper, lime juice, and sea salt) into a mixing bowl.
Stir the ingredients together thoroughly.
Taste the Pico de Gallo and adjust the seasoning by adding more lime juice or sea salt as needed, according to your taste preferences.
Place the bowl of Pico de Gallo in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together before serving.
