Begin by thoroughly washing the potatoes, there’s no need to peel them. Then, slice them into half-moon shapes. Place the potatoes in a pot, add water and salt, and bring to a boil. Cook until they are tender.
Drain the cooked potatoes well and transfer them to a baking dish.
Season the potatoes with your choice. Mix well to ensure all potatoes are evenly coated with the seasonings.
Arrange the seasoned potatoes in the baking dish and place them in the oven preheated to 392°F (200°C) for about 40 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
Once baked, turn off the oven, remove the potatoes, and they are ready to serve.
