1 potato (300g, grated)

70g grated carrots
20g garlic, minced

1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili flakes
1/2 tsp black pepper
For the White Sauce:
1/2 cup sour cream or yogurt (120g)
1/2 cup mayonnaise (120g)
5g grated garlic

1 tsp lemon juice
For the Hot Sauce:
2 tbsp chili powder
