4. In another small bowl, combine the strawberry puree and granulated sugar, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
5. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined, ensuring a light and airy texture.
6. Stir in the chopped Oreos.
7. Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.

Step 3: Prepare the Whipped Cream Topping

1. In a chilled bowl, beat heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
2. Transfer to a piping bag and decorate the top of the cheesecake.

Step 4: Garnish and Serve

1. Arrange sliced strawberries on top of the cheesecake.
2. Sprinkle crumbled Oreos over the whipped cream.
3. Remove the cheesecake from the springform pan and slice to serve.
