Ingredients:

For the Cheesecake Filling:

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

For the Banana Layer:

• 2 ripe bananas, sliced
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice (to prevent browning)

For the Strawberry Topping:

• 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
• 2 tablespoons strawberry jam or preserves (optional for extra sweetness)
• 1 tablespoon sugar (if using fresh strawberries)
