For the cream (Ashta):
250ml of milk
25g de maïzena
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of orange blossom water
For the syrup (Sharbat):
200g of sugar
200ml of water
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of orange blossom water
