- This recipe makes about 6 Halloween popcorn balls. You can adjust the size of your popcorn balls to make more or fewer popcorn balls or simply double the recipe if you’re making these treats for a crowd.
- Another cute way to serve these Halloween popcorn balls is in Halloween-inspired cupcake liners. It will make them easy to hold as bite-sized treats with no mess.
Can I make Halloween popcorn balls using a microwave?
Absolutely! If you’re making these treats with the kids, I suggest making them in the microwave to avoid stovetop burn accidents. You will need to stir the butter, marshmallows, and caramel candies during the intervals when you use the microwave.
What variations can I make to the Halloween popcorn balls?
1. Use any favorite candy in these popcorn balls. While I used Reese’s Pieces, you could use M&Ms.
2. Add chopped walnuts for added flavor and crunch.
3. Use different colored chocolate for the coating and drizzle.
4. Experiment with different types and colors of sprinkles.
