Parmesan Meatloaf is a classic comfort food that is easy to make and perfect for a family dinner. Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, lightly beaten eggs, milk, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
  3. Press the mixture into a greased 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  4. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard until well combined.
  5. Spread the ketchup mixture over the top of the meatloaf.
  6. Bake the Parmesan Meatloaf for 1 hour or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  7. Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
